		<description>Great writeup Craig.  It also strikes me as odd that MSFT has left out support for Azure with regard to the deployment process.  Especially considering Azure will often be used in enterprise level solutions.  We should, by now, be able to deploy to a variety of different platforms (AppFabric, IIS directly, Azure, BizTalk, etc.).  With all the SOA and Web services being built this will get harder before it gets easier.</description>
