		<description>Poker planning (or fibonacci cards) works well at large companies too, EA has been using it since at least 2002 and we use it at Citysearch now too.  I think it may have come from Scrum (although Scrum is heavily based on Lean and Agile so it probably has older roots.)  All I know is that ivory tower project planning where a PM pulls a bunch of numbers out of thin air is seriously outdated.</description>
